2. Step 2: Expert Review & Quality Check (Value-Added Service)
- Your application and documents are thoroughly reviewed by our experienced team to check for common mistakes, typos, inconsistencies, and missing information.
- We contact you immediately if any crucial information is missing or incorrect, allowing you to quickly resolve issues that could otherwise lead to an official rejection.
3. Step 3: Secure Submission & Confirmation
- Once the application is verified and finalized, we securely submit it to the official Government of Kenya eTA system on your behalf.

Mandatory Document Checklist

- Valid Passport: Must be valid for at least six (6) months from your date of entry into Kenya.

- Travel Details: Proof of onward or return travel (e.g., flight tickets).
- Accommodation Proof: Hotel booking or detailed address of your intended place of stay in Kenya.

- You have the right to apply directly through the official Government of Kenya eTA website at a lower cost, which includes only the government fee.
- By using our service, you agree to pay an additional Service Fee for our convenience, review, and support services.
3. Fee Breakdown:
- Our final price includes two distinct charges: the Official Government eTA Fee (non-refundable) and the eKalinga Service Fee (our processing charge). Both fees are itemized and clearly displayed before final payment.
