We are not the Embassy, Consulate, or any official representative of the Government of Kenya or its immigration department.

Transparency and Fees
We operate with full transparency regarding the eTA application process and fees. Please be aware that our services come with a service fee for the assistance and support we provide. This service fee is charged in addition to the mandatory official government eTA fee. We clearly separate and detail both the Government Fee and our Service Fee at the point of payment.

You have the option to apply directly for your Kenya eTA through the official Government of Kenya website, typically at a lower cost (the government fee only). By utilizing eKalinga Travel Services, you are choosing to pay an additional fee for our added services, convenience, and expert application assistance.
Our services are limited to application support and review; all final eTA decisions are made solely by the Government of Kenya.
